The Art & Science of Essential Oils

November 15th, Holistic Ocean, Seabrook, NH

Essential oils can be used for immune support, relaxation and sleep, stress relief, emotional balance, skin care, respiratory health, green cleaning, and even muscle tension and pain. But what is is that heals us?

Learn why plants make essential oils and what they can do for us. We will cover:

  • the molecular structures of essential oils
  • how plants “talk” to another through the air – via essential oils!
  • why without plants our planet would perish
  • the thousands of compounds that heal us
  • how to use them to build your immune system
  • how they can replace toxic products in your home
