Tracey Miller is a health coach and graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She is a yoga teacher having completed her 200-hour teacher training at YogaLife Institute and is currently enrolled in the 500-hour yoga teacher training. She is the co-founder of Dig In: Real Food Solutions and teaches and coaches women to help them take better care of their bodies and create a healthy relationship with health. FRESH IDEAS ABOUT FOOD
A FREE SEASONAL WELLNESS PROGRAM at the Exeter Area YMCA.
Dig In is excited to partner with the Exeter-Area YMCA and Exeter Hospital over the next year to help families get some fresh ideas about eating local, healthy food. Fresh Ideas About Food includes a separate program for youth and adults on the third Tuesday of each month.
This summer we are heading to Willow Pond Community Farm in Brentwood for some family-friendly events featuring what’s fresh right from the farm. Willow Pond Community Farm sits on nine acres of conservation land and offers CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) shares to the public. Led by Tracey Miller, Co-Founder, Dig In: Real Food Solutions featuring special guests and farmers.

July 25th: Community Night Cooking Demo at the Camp Lincoln & Willow Pond Farm: Glorious Greens: Learn how to incorporate greens into all your family meals. Get some ideas for how to toss, wrap and slice cooked and raw greens featuring recipes that the whole family will enjoy, including kale, chard, arugula, lettuce, and herbs. August 22: The Art & Science of Fermentation: Learn how to preserve foods the old fashioned way – through fermentation. Eating fermented foods is one of the most beneficial way to improve your digestion and strengthen your immune system. We’ll teach you these ancient techniques for making sauerkraut and other fermented foods. Bring your own jar to bring some home. (Camp Lincoln, Kingston, NH)
August 29th: Homemade Pizza. We’ll grill up some homemade pizza with toppings plucked right from the farm including fresh basil, tomatoes, onions, peppers and more. Feel free to also bring your own favorite toppings. (Willow Pond Farm, Brentwood, NH)
